Landscape and visual impact assessment (LVIA) for a proposed single 500kW wind turbine, 79m to blade tip in Cornwall.
Determined as a non- Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) project by Cornwall Council, the LVIA covered a 10km radius study area. Eight viewpoints, which were interpreted as photomontages, were also produced to inform the LVIA.
Assessing the indirect impacts and effects of the proposed wind turbine on the adjacent locally recognised Area of Great Landscape Value (AGLV) as well as the surrounding residential properties was a key aspect of this LVIA
