To fulfill landscape conditions following a planning application for a proposed solar photo-voltaic (PV) park, a landscape masterplan was completed.
The landscape masterplan included information on:
- Existing hedgerows and trees to be retained as part of the proposed development showing their species, spread and maturity;
- Hard surfacing materials such as access roads and fencing;
- Full details of additional soft landscape works including location, plant species, sizes, numbers and densities;
- Landscape management scheme for existing and proposed planting.
